Please use your corporate card to expense any rideshare costs associated with travel to/from the airport.

Dinner/Networking Event Transportation

We are providing chartered shuttles which will take you from the hotel to the networking event and back. If you have your own personal vehicle, feel free to drive but please be aware we cannot guarantee parking availability at Southbound.

Office Transportation

We are providing chartered shuttles which will take you from the hotel to the office. If you have your own personal vehicle, use of your own vehicle is welcome.
