If you would like to take the provided busses to the networking event or interviews, we will meet in the hotel lobby at 7:45am for transportation to the office for interviews and 5:15pm for transportation to the networking event.
To support our office's sustainability initiatives, we encourage all attendees to bring a reusable water bottle. Water refill stations will be available on-site, while packaged water will only be offered on a limited basis to help minimize single-use plastic consumption.

Please use your corporate card to expense any rideshare costs associated with travel to/from the airport.
Dinner/Networking Event Transportation
We are providing chartered shuttles which will take you from the hotel to the networking event and back. If you have your own personal vehicle, feel free to drive but please be aware we cannot guarantee parking availability at SweetWater.
Office Transportation
We are providing chartered shuttles which will take you from the hotel to the office. If you have your own personal vehicle, use of your own vehicle is welcome.
